– How to set up the supervision relationship
– The why and how of supervision contracting
– How to conduct a supervision session
– The core supervisory skills (Heron’s model)
– Reflective practice and adult learning principles
– Managing ethical dilemmas in supervision
– Evaluating the supervision relationship
This course is suitable for both new and experienced supervisors who want to learn about models and frameworks of supervision and to extend and improve their supervision skills
