All Members are invited to attend and vote at this meeting or register a vote by proxy form available in the members' area of the website.
For your proxy to be valid you must complete the proxy form available from the members area (both pages) and lodge it either by hand, post or electronic means with the Company Secretary by 5:00 pm AEDT Friday 5th November 2010. Proxy forms must be signed and scanned if being emailed.
Please note that due to the number of motions regarding constitutional amendments this year, the proxy form is two pages (page 1 directs your proxy’s vote and page 2 includes your signature and details – please return both even if you are not directing your proxy – in that event leave page one boxes empty).
