Supervision Register

1) Fill out the Application for Supervision Register Form. This can be downloaded here and is also available from the Branch Office Mangager.
2) A registration Fee of $30 is due with the Application Form.
Either complete the credit card details on the form, or attach a cheque for $30.
3) Submit the form via email or post.
4) The form is then processed by the SA Branch Supervision Coordinator.
Once the Application for Supervision Register Form has been processed, an email/letter is sent advising the member of the outcome.
5) The successful Applicant’s details are entered onto the publicly accessible online Supervision Register on the AASW SA web page.
6) Those seeking a Supervisor access the Supervision Register directly online.
