Practice & careerSupervision
Capability Level: Established
Group supervision, whilst not a substitute for individual supervision can lead to faster, effective learning, which transforms professional practice. Its power lies in the experience of connecting with others in a group and drawing on their expertise and energy.
There is no doubt that holding a group together whilst trying to engage each person, can be hard going. However, with an understanding of how to facilitate and structure a session, manage group dynamics and use practical frameworks and tools that engage all participants, group supervision can be deeply rewarding.
Mastering Group Supervision has been developed in response to a high demand from supervisors, team leaders, managers and human service professionals seeking ethical, practical & effective models for group supervision that enriches and supports all group members. It teaches the foundational skills of group supervision, provides tailored group supervision frameworks, and equips participants with tools to manage complex group dynamics.
Mastering Group Supervision will provide participants with the foundational skills to practice ethical group and peer supervision using tailored frameworks and tools designed to inspire, enrich and support all group members.
