This webinar will provide an overview of Neurodivergence, outline the importance of respecting individuals unique sensory and communication needs as well as processing styles.
Through a case study, it will enable you to identify your Social Work skills and strengths to be leveraged in neuro-affirming practice with Neurodivergent young people in schools. You will have the opportunity to discuss and reflect on how Social Workers can channel their anti-oppressive and critical approaches towards a specialized and emerging field of practice.
