Carol Karas is a proud and passionate Social Worker, having graduated from James Cook University in Townsville with a Bachelor of Social Work with Honours. She is also a recent graduate of Griffith University’s Masters of Health Services Management with Honours (first class). Her career has seen a range of diverse settings both in Australia and overseas. Currently working in acute mental health in Melbourne, Carol is passionately committed to the mental health of clients and colleagues alike. She is looking forward to the developing area of this research and has presented the results of her research to a number of conferences this year.
