Peer Supervision for School Social Workers is only available to professionally qualified social workers employed by schools or school systems and social work students on placement in schools.
Numbers are limited and all participants are required to be prepared to present a case or school social work scenario that they find challenging or interesting. The purpose is to generate theoretical and practice discussion that will question and refine professional practice in individual, group, family, school and system interventions designed to promote student engagement and the achievement of potential. School Social Workers particularly aim for social justice and inclusion through a broad range of interventions within the specific scope of School Social Work eco-systemic theory and practice.
