Topic: Social Prescribing: How Social Prescribing can be helpful for Social Workers & their Community clients
This meeting will be Part 1 of a 2 part presentation. The first presentation will cover an Introduction to what is Social Prescribing. Part 2 will be held in August and details will be available online closer to the date. Please note you will need to attend the Introduction before considering Part 2.
