Watch the 1.5 hour recording of AASW's Navigating Difficult Conversations webinar.

Whether meeting with clients, stakeholders, supervisors, direct reports or superiors, difficult conversations form a large part of social work practice. Even so, these conversations are labelled “difficult” for a reason – they can be very challenging!

This discussion will empower you to approach difficult conversations with more confidence.

It will give you the context to appreciate where difficult conversations fit into healthy professional relationships, before moving into practical skills and tools you can use to ensure success in your own difficult conversations.

"Very helpful and engaging" – webinar participant, February 2022.

Who should register? Social workers and Allied Health Professionals who wish to improve their communication skills, or who are new to working in management or leadership positions.

1.5 hours of CPD activity: Category 2, skills and knowledge
AASW Credential: Supervision (coming soon)
