Course Structure and Inclusions
Individual Diagnostic: a starting point for each participant to understand their preferences, strengths and areas for improvement when it comes to hosting, presenting, facilitating and participating in LIVE online sessions. The Diagnostic will be offered to registered participants two weeks prior to the LIVE online workshops – and should be completed one week prior to the workshops so that participants will receive their individual feedback 7 days prior to the workshops.
2 x LIVE Online Workshops (90 mins each): fully immersive learning experiences, customised for the group based on the collective diagnostic results. Participants will learn the skills, receive individual coaching and explore their understanding, their confidence and their goals for developing further.
Ongoing Support: Participants are encouraged to email online expert Cheryle Walker at any time post course with further questions regarding their development.
