Mastering group supervision is designed for (but not limited to) social work, human services, health, education, counselling, human resources & other professionals wanting to grow their skills and confidence in facilitating a structured group supervision process so that it is a rich learning experience for all group participants.

Many training programs offer expert knowledge and skilled facilitation, which are essential, our Supervision Workshops take supervision training to another level. Participants tell us again and again that the way we connect with and engage them in their learning journey, and the attention we pay to the workshop culture and environment itself, results in an exceptional learning experience for them.

Participants receive a comprehensive Learner Guide and a Course Certificate upon completion of the day.

Presenter details

Presenter and Assessor: Barbara Matheson is an Honorary Member of the Australian Counselling Association, a Fellow of Counsellors Victoria and a registered member of the ACA College Of Supervisors. Barbara has been facilitating supervision groups for therapists in private practice and agencies for over 17 years, she has presented and assessed the "RISE UP" Model of Supervision in Victoria, Tasmania, Hobart, Adelaide since 2014

Presenter and Assessor. Judith Szucs is a registered ACA Supervisor with 30 years of personal and professional development in private practice as a Shiatsu therapist and Transpersonal counselor in Community Mental Health, Alcohol & Other Drug training international and domestic students in Community services, Mental health, Counselling, and clinical practice. Her specialty is providing psycho-social education from research and lived experience of trauma and the recovery process providing alternatives to medical intervention and pharmaceutical products.
