Whether meeting with clients, stakeholders, supervisors, direct reports or superiors, difficult conversations form a large part of social work practice. Even so, these conversations are labelled “difficult” for a reason – they can be very challenging!
This webinar will empower you to approach difficult conversations with more confidence.
It will give you the context to appreciate where difficult conversations fit into healthy professional relationships, before moving into practical skills and tools you can use to ensure success in your own difficult conversations.
This webinar will be engaging and interactive, so to get the most out of it make sure you attend live!
Presentation slides will be provided to all registrants after the webinar. Additionally, a recording of this webinar will be made available to registrants for 2 weeks after the event.
