Documentation, Report Writing and Attending Court Seminar
This session provides an overview of best practice for documenting clinical notes and writing reports for court: content, access, and litigation. Subpoenas and your obligations are explained. Attending court, giving evidence and your conduct in court are explored. This session will assist you to minimise your legal risks and survive the court process.
Presenter: Jasmina Mackovic
Jasmina is a Practice Group Leader and Subject Matter Expert Lawyer at Slater and Gordon where she has worked for the past 15 years. Jasmina is an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law and is a passionate advocate for the rights of injured workers. Jasmina in a member of the Law Society of NSW
Presenter: Alexis Stonebridge
Alexis is an Accredited Social Worker with nearly 20 years’ experience. Alexis has worked in the Slater and Gordon Social Work Service for the past 10 years, providing free telephone-based counselling, crisis intervention and referral to clients who have experienced serious injury or illness. Alexis is also the co-editor of Social Work and the Law electronic publication, and coordinates Slater and Gordon’s free social work legal education program throughout NSW and ACT.
