Stop Tops: What do we know about “drink spiking”?

This paper will share the preliminary findings of two studies of alcohol and other drug-facilitated sexual violence. Firstly, the paper will explore the global evidence base on alcohol and other drug-facilitated sexual violence. Following this, will be an analysis of the media reporting on drink spiking in the last ten years in Australia. Lastly, the emerging evidence from across the service sector on responses to victim-survivors.

The presentation will be followed by an opportunity to discuss and share ideas and experiences with peers.
