This webinar will explore the functions of supervision and how to prepare and lead supervision to maximise your learning and growth across placement experiences but also as you enter the workforce.
About the presenter
Darlene Wyatt is a social worker with 30+ years of experience most of which has been undertaken in rural, regional and remote areas of South Australia. Darlene has a passion for quality supervision of both staff and students and actively seeks to keep her skills in supervision contemporary. Darlene was awarded the SA Social Worker of the Year in the category of Supervision in the Workplace in 2021.
