What's up with My Mob? is a recording of a AASW North Queensland Branch hosted workshop. The presenter, Mel Brown, kindly allowed the AASW to film this recording for SWOT. Mel provides a wide variety of training (through the company Spirit Dreaming Inc), and can tailor these to meet the needs of the specific organisation. This recording has been edited to remove confidential information the participants of the workshop may have provided. Mel Brown, is a known and respected Ngunnawal women who has provided Aboriginal cultural education and wellbeing workshops for over 10 years. Mel has a background in Child Protection and consultancy. Mel's qualifications include: Master of Indigenous Studies - Trauma and Healing; Certificate IV in TAE and Cert III in Aboriginal Mentoring.
