Hi, I’m Anne. I'm a mother, doula, and feminist/ trauma-informed therapist and community based social worker. I have been working with women and families during their pregnancy and early parenting time for over 10 years. My life’s work is about integrating science and holistic health frameworks to revolutionise how maternal mental health is understood and treated. My hope is that more new mothers and parents can experience this perinatal phase as the transformative, rite of passage that it is. Having support, connection and community around us during this life phase is vital.
