I passionately work with and for individuals to explore and navigate systems, to reduce barriers that may arise for them. I value connection and curiosity in my practice, and support individuals through conversation and advocacy to live their best life, whatever that may look like. I believe we all have our own journey, and at times need someone alongside us to support, encourage and guide us. My approach is flexible and person-centred, utlising relationships to allow for a solution-focused approach for brief and ongoing interventions. I am invested in supporting other practitioners with professional development through supervision, and have experience providing this to frontline workers in large and small non-government organisations.
