Hello there, I am an accredited social worker with a Bachelor of Social Work (minor mental health) with 9 years of experience in complex mental health, homelessness, NDIS Support Coordination,Specialist Support Coordination, Leadership and NDIS therapy services. I am experienced working with complexities and am passionate about supporting people with a mental illness, reducing the stigma and providing guidance, intervention and counselling. I am curious, compassionate and transparent in my work with people. My practice incorporates the following: strengths based counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness and relaxation and Solution Focused Therapy. We are a registered NDIS provider in Brisbane and provide both in person sessions at our office in Stafford and online for anyone in Australia.
