Social Work Focus reserves the right to not accept any article that we do not feel is a good fit even if we acknowledge its submission or invite or encourage you to submit the article. We also may say no if your article has been in the magazine before in a similar way, does not provide enough evidence to support its claims or requires considerable work to make it publishable.

We reserve the right to edit your article once submitted but will consult with you about any changes. We also reserve the right to provide your work to a specialist reviewer who will help us to select the social work in practice articles and to make the final decision on whether an article will be accepted.

Social Work Focus does not pay for articles.
