NSW Government (Centre for Alcohol and Other Drugs, Ministry of Health) Partnership

This training is fully funded by NSW Government (Centre for Alcohol and Other Drugs, Ministry of Health) for the alcohol and other drug workforce in NSW. This includes non-government services as well as local health districts. There may be some availability for people working in related sectors such as mental health or prevention of violence and neglect.

You will be asked to provide information about your workplace when completing an expression of interest.

Program Pricing and Value

  • Introduction to Best Practice Supervision: Valued at $733 per person
  • Facilitating Group Supervision: Valued at $733 per person
  • Advanced Supervision Program: Valued at $1964 per person

These programs are delivered at no cost to eligible participants through the NSW Ministry of Health funding, ensuring equitable access to professional development that meets sector-specific needs.

Advanced Supervision Program

AASW’s Advanced Supervision Program is an 8-week evidence-based program with self-paced eLearning, online collaborative workshops, facilitator-led Masterclasses, and Coaching Circles.

The Advanced Supervision Program is a 20-hour program with a combination of self-paced and facilitator-led sessions.
