AASW Life Membership: Recognising outstanding contributions to the Australian Association of Social Workers
Life Membership is one of the Association’s highest honours. It recognises members who have made an outstanding and sustained direct contribution to the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
Contributions may include leadership, policy development, advocacy, branch activities, practice groups, officeholder roles, committee involvement or other activities that have directly contributed to the ongoing development, success, effectiveness or advocacy of the AASW.
Over the AASW’s 80-year history, 67 exceptional members have been honoured with Life Membership for their contributions that have strengthened the AASW, supported its members, and helped shape its future.
