  • ex gratia paid days off between Christmas and New Year
  • commitment to your training and development

Salary Packaging

We have partnered with an external provider to manage salary packaging for our team.  Given the association’s NFP and charity status, the ATO has determined that FBT is treated on a ‘rebatable’ basis.

Packaging options can include living expenses and novated vehicle leases however, each arrangement is individual, and we encourage our team to seek their own independent advice.
