Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter Details
The Promoter is the Australian Association of Social Workers, ABN 93 008 576 010, located at Level 7, 14-20 Blackwood St, North Melbourne, 3051.
2. Eligibility
The draw is open to current residents of Australia aged 18 years or older. Employees of the Promoter (and their immediate families – including spouses, de facto partners, children, parents, and siblings) are not eligible to enter.
AASW contractors, agencies, staff or consultants, are not eligible to enter.
3. Competition Period
The prize draw opens at 9:00am AEST on Monday 28 July 2025 and closes at 5:00pm AEST on Friday 15 August 2025. Entries received after this time will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter, eligible participants must fully complete and submit the AASW’s AMHSW Survey by the closing date of 5:00pm AEST on Friday 15 August 2025. Entry is automatic upon survey submission. Only one entry per person is permitted. Incomplete or partially submitted surveys are not valid entries. Entry is deemed received at the time a completed survey is submitted.
5. Game of Chance
This is a game of chance. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive an iPad mini Wi Fi 128GB and Apple Pencil USB-C, with a total combined value of $938 AUD (including GST). The prize is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications arising from the receipt of the prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.
7. Prize Draw and Notification
The prize draw will take place at the offices of the Promoter at 11:00am AEST on Wednesday 20 August 2025. The winner will be notified via email by 5:00pm AEST on Friday 22 August 2025. If the winner does not respond within five (5) business days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
That the Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
That if the prize remains unclaimed after the redraw period, we reserve the right to deal with it as we see fit (within legal bounds).
8. Privacy
We are not collecting any personal information about you in this survey. The information provided will not be used to identify you or your practice. All data provided through this survey will be managed in accordance with the Australian Association of Social Workers Privacy Policy.
If you wish to enter the prize draw, you may provide your name and email address via a separate form. Please note, your survey response is not linked to your entry into the prize draw. Your survey response will still remain anonymous.
9. General Disclaimers
The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for any technical difficulties that may affect entry into the competition.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
