AASW Supporting Social Workers to Connect with Digital Health

AASW is proud to support social workers in engaging with the AHPA Digital Health Connection Project, a national initiative led by Allied Health Professions Australia (AHPA) in collaboration with the Australian Digital Health Agency. This project aims to help allied health professionals build digital capability and connect with Australia’s key digital health systems. 

Through the initiative, social workers can access practical guidance on key digital health services, including: 

• My Health Record: Introduction to Australia’s national digital health record system 
• Healthcare Identifiers: Understanding unique patient and provider identifiers 
• Provider Connect Australia: Connecting digitally with other healthcare providers
• Cybersecurity Awareness: Tips to keep health information safe and secure.
