Branch – Queensland
The QLD Branch is supported by a Branch Management Committee elected by the Branch membership. We service and represent Social Workers in Southern Queensland from the southern border to Gladstone (below Latitude 22 south).
The Branch’s key role is to provide local support for AASW members through a range of activities that enable members to network, develop practice skills and organise around social justice issues.

QLD members are invited to a relaxed evening with the AASW Board, CEO and the QLD BMC.
Spend some time meeting the Board, CEO and QLD BMC, connecting with colleagues and enjoying conversation with social workers from across a wide range of practice settings, in a relaxed and informal atmosphere.
A chance to catch up and meet others across the profession.
