Reduced Fee
For qualified Social Workers whose gross personal income was less than $38,500 in the previous financial year. Please provide proof of eligibility for the Reduced Fee by submitting one of the following:
• Statutory Declaration
• Letter from your accountant
• ATO Notice of Assessment (certified)
• Current Health Care Card (certified)
You may scan and save a copy of your chosen documentation so you can upload it during the application process. Alternatively, you may post it to us after you’ve submitted your online application.
