Ben Chapman is the Acting General Manager, Member Engagement and Growth. He is a senior membership, engagement and growth specialist with deep expertise in strategy, data-led decision making, stakeholder engagement and organisational transformation. Working at the intersection of membership value, digital capability and sector relationships, Ben brings a strong commercial and strategic lens to strengthening professional associations and supporting diverse practitioner cohorts.

Ben leads work that strengthens how social workers connect with their profession, their peers and the Association itself. Through close collaboration with state branches, government, universities, NGOs and internal teams, his work focuses on building sustainable engagement models, improving member value and supporting the long-term impact of social work across Australia.
