Chris Smith is the Operations Manager (holding the CFO portfolio to cover leave), where he oversees corporate services including Finance, People & Culture, Information Technology and Member Services. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, he plays a key role in organisational strategy, operational performance and change management across the Association.

Chris works closely with the executive leadership team and CEO to support strong governance, organisational capability and sustainable growth. With extensive experience in human resources, organisational development and workplace culture across government and the private sector, he has led structural, cultural and systems change initiatives. Chris is committed to strengthening effective governance, organisational performance and member-focused services.
