Learning Outcomes

By the end of this program, participants will be able to:

• Unpack how your own psychology impacts your results.
• Outline three steps to become the trusted leader that your direct reports want you to be.
• Session includes a one-page action plan (to increase commitment to change and provide self-reflection time), activities, best practices, and practical tools for leaders to use immediately.
