As a passionate advocate for Functional Fluency, Ian’s experience lies in guiding organisations and individuals toward achieving greater harmony, productivity and personal fulfilment. Functional Fluency provides the tools to enhanced emotional literacy that cultivates stronger more resilient team members.

Ian has a BA (Hons) in Social Work, Master’s in Counselling, Qualifications as a Coach and is now the Director of MAXIFECT, Maximising Interpersonal Effectiveness. Ian’s extensive Social Work experience spans Child Protection, Case Management with Asylum Seekers and Employee Assistance Counselling before moving into private practice guiding organisations and individuals toward harmony, productivity and interpersonal effectiveness.
