Presenter Ashton Hayes
Ashton is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, private practice owner, and Clinical Supervisor with extensive experience across mental health and human services.
Having worked in both frontline and leadership roles, Ashton is passionate about supporting social workers pursuing mental health accreditation. Their practice is grounded in trauma-informed principles of safety, choice, collaboration, trustworthiness, and empowerment.
Ashton provides supervision, therapy, and consultancy services to individuals, groups, and organisations, creating safe, reflective spaces for growth. Committed to ethical, person-centred practice, Ashton brings warmth, insight, and professionalism to all aspects of their work.
