Divorce Care & The Bereavement Journey
Together with husband Lee, Cathy runs the Restore Ministry at Clovercrest Baptist Church, South Australia. The vision of Restore is to help people find healing in Christian community, especially when they are going through difficult seasons of life.
The courses include DivorceCare (5 years) and The Bereavement Journey (4 years). So far over 40 people have attended each course.
This session will include discussion about the vision behind these courses, practicalities, challenges and some inspiring examples of the positive outcomes that we have seen. Cathy will workshop the ways that we can offer our talents and professional skills within the church environment to build others up.
