LIVE ONLINE WEBINAR
Capability Level: Evolving
As we become more aware of the prevalence of adult attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and gain a fuller appreciation of the experience of this unique and often difficult way of being, we’re also becoming aware of the similarities it shares with borderline personality disorder, leading to diagnostic uncertainty and sometimes less than optimal treatment and support for people with either or both of these conditions.
Both BPD and ADHD are also, unfortunately, quite stigmatised, which further disadvantages people living with them, hampering their efforts to lead satisfying lives.
This webinar will provide you with the information to discern the similarities between these conditions and consider treatment and support modalities suited to your clients’ needs.
Who should attend?
This session is suitable for social workers with experience in mental health and disability fields, looking to enhance their awareness and skills in supporting people with BPD, ADHD or both
