Developed and facilitated by Jane Wexler, this immersive one-day workshop supports emerging and experienced leaders to strengthen supervision culture and create organisation-wide impact. Drawing on Jane’s extensive experience in supervision, coaching and leadership development, the workshop responds to the common disconnect between supervision practice and broader organisational culture—and the limitations this creates for professional growth.
Grounded in the core values, behaviours and practices that foster trust, openness and learning, participants will explore how a leadership mindset can align supervision culture with organisational systems, expectations and messages. The workshop addresses common obstacles to effective supervision culture, including siloing, mixed messages and unintentional habits, and builds participants’ self-awareness and capacity to lead more intentionally.
Through dynamic activities, real-world problem-solving and reflective discussion, participants will strengthen leadership thinking and practise purposeful conversations that shift behaviour and build alignment. Practical frameworks and tools are introduced to support confident decision-making, consistency and cultural coherence across supervision contexts.
By the end of the day, participants will leave with a personalised action plan to support the development of a vibrant, sustainable supervision culture within their own teams and organisations.
