Watch the 1.5 hour recording of AASW's Building Psychological Safety for High Performing Teams webinar.

Psychological safety is “a shared belief held by members of a team that the team is safe for interpersonal risk taking” (Edmondson). In the heat of health services delivery, the psychological safety of team members is both crucial, and yet frequently neglected.

Building psychological safety in health teams is a crucial leadership behaviour, as it is the number one factor in building team excellence. This webinar will introduce key concepts of psychological safety, build a case for the importance of developing it, and equip you with tools to manage and measure the psychological safety in your team.

"Outstanding. Sobering. Creates space for growth" – webinar participant, September 2022.

Who should register? This webinar will be helpful to any manager or leader of a social work or allied team, who is looking to improve their leadership skills, support their team members towards excellence, and build team cohesion.

1.5 hours of CPD activity: Category 2, skills and knowledge
