- Branch – ACT
The ACT Branch is supported by a Branch Management Committee elected by the Branch membership.
The Branch’s key role is to provide local support for AASW members through a range of activities that enable members to network, develop practice skills and organise around social justice issues.
Interested in Joining the AASW ACT Branch?
With the AASW Board meeting in Canberra, Board Directors and the Chief Executive Officer will be in town and looking forward to spending time with members from the ACT and surrounding regions. This evening is about recognising the commitment of members in the region and coming together as the ACT Branch takes its next step.
Come along for a relaxed and informal evening to meet the AASW Board, the CEO and the ACT Branch Management Committee, enjoy canapés and refreshments, and connect with social workers from a wide range of practice settings. The evening is about coming together, with no formal presentations.
The event is open to AASW members in the ACT and neighbouring areas. Places are limited, so we encourage you to register early.
