In this engaging professional development session, we’ll explore the nuanced landscape of neurodivergency within mental health practice. Moving beyond labels to understand the lived experiences of clients with neurodivergent presentations.
Designed for clinicians seeking grounded, compassionate approaches, this session offers practical, down-to-earth strategies for building therapeutic rapport, adapting interventions, and fostering genuine connection. Whether you're working with clients navigating ADHD, autism, sensory processing differences, or other neurodivergent traits, you'll leave with tools that honour individuality, reduce overwhelm, and support emotional safety. Together, we’ll unpack what it means to be truly inclusive in our work—responsive, attuned, and informed by both science and humanity.
