Thomas Rhodes is a social worker and mental health practitioner currently leading a large multi-disciplinary team of allied health professionals, including Clinical Psychologists, Occupational Therapists and Social Workers. Thomas brings strong leadership and clinical experience to this role, supporting both service delivery and the development of integrated, client-centred approaches to mental health care.

Thomas has developed a particular area of expertise in working with young people who have displayed harmful sexual behaviour (HSB). Through this work, he has become highly specialised in assessment, intervention and treatment planning for this cohort, and provides consultation and expertise to organisations across Australia. He is committed to advancing evidence-informed practice in this complex area and supporting systems to respond effectively and safely to young people and their families.
