Alisa Hall

Alisa is a social worker, senior executive and strategic leader with more than 30 years’ experience spanning frontline practice, service delivery, workforce development, social impact and systems reform.

Alisa’s career began in social work roles across acute hospitals, community health, aged care and disability services in Australia and the United Kingdom before moving into program, practice and organisation leadership. She has held CEO, Deputy CEO and National Director roles across not-for-profit, membership and peak organisations, bringing expertise in practice advancement, stakeholder engagement, knowledge translation, service and framework design and governance.

Alisa works collaboratively with practitioners, governments, community organisations, peak agencies, universities and other partners to address complex social challenges and drive meaningful and sustainable change. She is committed to connecting frontline realities with evidence, policy and systems reform, recognising that strong practice is enabled by capable organisations, skilled workforces and supportive systems.
