Superannuation Insurance Entitlement benefits are accessible to most people who have compensable or non- compensable chronic health conditions, disabilities or terminal conditions. In this session, superannuation insurance claims and entitlement options are explained, including eligibility criteria and the application process for superannuation total and permanent disability payments, income protection and death benefits. Recent legislative updates and case examples will be provided.
