Norma Parker addresses
Norma Parker Brown CBE (1906-2004) was one of the pioneers of Australian social work and these addresses in her honour were made by AASW presidents between 1969 and 2015. Unfortunately, it has not been possible to locate the third address, delivered by Beryl Thomas at the 1973 National AASW Conference in Perth.
The addresses were collated by Professor Christine Bigby with the support of a bequest to the Australian Social Work journal by former Editor, Mary McLelland.
