This is a practical session around record keeping and document management best practice, report writing and giving evidence in court.

As health practitioners, it is important to understand why good record keeping is essential. Furthermore, you may encounter requests for reports and/or to attend Court as part of your practice.

Who should register? This session aims to guide and empower all social workers in good record-keeping, as well as those assisting clients with personal injury claims or dealing with compensation schemes.

Presenter

Alice Tan is a Senior Associate in Maurice Blackburn’s Victorian road accident injuries compensation practice, working in the Dandenong office. She is a Law Institute of Victoria personal injury Accredited Specialist.

Alice graduated from Melbourne University with Bachelor degrees in Psychology and Law. She is a tenacious and empathetic legal practitioner who is inspired by her clients and is determined to help them overcome obstacles when dealing with bureaucratic systems and insurance companies.
