Part of the reason that people struggle with anger is that they don’t really understand it well – why and how it arises, how it tends to impact on behaviour, and how we can actually work WITH it, rather than against it, to promote constructive conflict engagement. That’s what this webinar is all about!


In this webinar you will:

  • Explore the emotion of anger. Understand why anger arises and how it typically impacts on a person’s behaviour.
  • Explore the relationship between anger and conflict. Learn how anger typically arises in conflict, and the impact it has on conflict management and resolution.
  • Take away tools and strategies to effectively manage anger in conflict.

This webinar is suitable for anyone who has experienced anger in conflict, or who works with people who experience anger in conflict. It will be both personally useful and professionally useful. You will learn how to work with your own anger in conflict situations and other people’s anger in conflict situations.
