This learning experience is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the complex landscape of boundary setting with those providing care to others and those who work with others.
The training is designed as a whole of organisational approach to understanding trauma-informed and person-centred practices and explorations into boundary setting and reflective practice. Threaded throughout the training is the important connection to positive outcomes for clients and professional growth for staff.

The training is divided into several modules, each addressing important aspects of trauma-informed care, the significance of establishing healthy boundaries in supporting clients, the use of reflective practice as part of continuous improvement and growing self-awareness, and the application of trauma-informed approaches in caregiving contexts.
Learners will be empowered to create safe, supportive environments for clients and colleagues as we navigate challenges in boundary setting and apply reflective and trauma-informed principles.
