Functional Fluency provides the tools to enhanced emotional literacy that cultivates stronger more resilient team members.
Improved workplace relationships that allow individuals to have a common language that communicates thoughts, feelings and actions that nurtures collaboration, fosters understanding harnesses mutual respect.
Equips leaders with tools to guide, support and inspire their teams effectively, enhancing overall organisational performance.

Ian has a BA (Hons) in Social Work, Master’s in Counselling, Qualifications as a Coach and is now the Director of MAXIFECT, Maximising Interpersonal Effectiveness. Ian’s extensive Social Work experience spans Child Protection, Case Management with Asylum Seekers and Employee Assistance Counselling before moving into private practice guiding organisations and individuals toward harmony, productivity and interpersonal effectiveness.
