"Putting Theory into Practice – Conducting an Assessment":
Unleash your potential!
This online, on-demand course allows participants to practice core social work skills within a secure virtual environment. Through engaging exercises, case studies, and simulated scenarios, you will develop the confidence and expertise necessary for success in your role. Additionally, the course provides supervisee and supervisor guides to support ongoing learning beyond the online experience.
Fully understanding your client is the first step to helping them to get the support they need. A comprehensive and dynamic assessment process will help you understand the client, their needs, relevant risks, and safety planning.
This course will introduce you to the four essential steps of conducting an assessment. You will meet Leah and Jackson, recent social work graduates, and explore the four essential steps in assessment practice. Finally, you will reflect on some common ethical considerations when conducting an assessment.
Are you an organisation looking for a professional development and training solution for your staff?
Check out our other titles in the Putting Theory into Practice Series!
