This unique 3 hour seminar identifies the latest evidence-based benefits of Relaxation Therapies for psychological and physical stress-related conditions. Participants experience techniques for themselves and demonstrate proficiency to teach relaxation skills to clients.
This seminar offers scientific and practical therapeutic interventions, based on principles of Psychoneuroimmunology, the study of relationships between the mind and body. Evidence based relaxation therapies can reduce a range of cognitive and mood disorders, insomnia and pain.
Non-invasive, cost effective, evidenced based relaxation skills are simple to practice, easy to teach and efficacious for conditions such post traumatic stress disorder, anxiety and depression.
Participants will gain psychological and physiological benefits of Relaxation, improved clinical practice and better health for clients.
